Robe ‘a la Turque’ was the height of fashion in the mid 1790s and the green parrot feather would have been the height of exoticism.
Thomas Hull worked from London at 14 Mark Lane from 1780, 31 Ely Place and 23 Northumberland St in the mid 1790s, moving to Leeds from 1796.
Set in original gold pendant frame with woven hair to reverse.
