Unusual 15 carat gold Georgian harlequin locket pendant with a border of vari-coloured cabochon stones in milled settings c.1820.
The border stones are amethyst, ‘goldstone’, rutilated quartz, moonstone, lapis and jasper.The centre has a round glazed locket.
The piece is entirely original and one goldstone is fractured as can be seen in the photos,also there is some surface wear to the locket however in my opinion the piece is still beautiful.
