Exquisite bi-colour Georgian topaz and pearl drop earrings c.1820.English in origin.
The gold tops are hinged front to back fittings set with closed-back foiled precious golden topaz, while the closed-back drops are foiled pink topaz with a half pearl above.
The earrings are likely a marriage of two Georgian elements with the two shades of topaz, sherry and pink but personally I love the complementary shades.
