Enchanting neoclassical  cabochon specimen agate necklace in shades of pink,mocha and cream with  picturesque landscapes formed by nature.
Set in 15 carat gold,milled gold inner settings.c.1820. 
The necklace was surely orginally part of a large parure later adapted to this necklace which has two clasps,along with a large oval agate brooch.The chains are fitted so the necklace is to be worn with the clasp set to the front.
