Miniature 'toy' bonbonniere  egg-shaped pendant in grey moss agate with 18ct gold opening top which is also fully lined in gold. English c.1760.
Would have originally been a part of a opulent decorative chatelaine.
Original caddy handle intact.
1.5 inches by 1/2 inch wide.
The repousée gold mounts are identical to a moss agate bonbonniere still part of it's orginal chatelaine in the Met Collection,New York.
